Great service and very helpful staff

Still waiting for a call back to arrange collection of my faulty steriliser it’s been 5 days now. I’ve emailed but has no response and called but just hangs up after telling me to email them!!

I have been into Shoreham a few times over the last couple of months and can honestly say the ladies there are beyond helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are always willing to answer the millions of questions I have!
I went in this evening to buy my nursery furniture and was served by Esmee & Linda and they were so lovely, chatty and very friendly! All the ladies are incredibly friendly!
Have recommended to all my fellow mums to be and will be back for sure!

Great experience at mamas and papas shop in Cardiff. We were helped by Claire who was friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgable about the furniture ranges that were available and helped us make our decisions. Looking forward to seeing our baby’s nursery all set up.

There aren't enough praise words to give the lady who helped us in Mamas and Papas at Glasgow Fort today. Her name was Sandra and she was amazing from start to finish. She was friendly, helpful and her wealth of knowledge was amazing!..She helped me see all the different options with each pram, folded them down, opened it back up, explained about the car seats, pricing, deals and offers. I was with my dad and he asks a lot of question and is very thorough and she answered every single one with ease. If you're going to this shop ask for Sandra!

Had the best experience from Sarah at the Wednesday branch. Totally understanding of our complex issues and what we have been through. 5 stars for her!!!

Melissa was amazing at our personal shop in Nottingham. She was so thorough patient and new exactly what she was talking about. An expert in the field and made our experience a joy. She is such a lovely kind lady! ?

We saw Kelly W in the Nottingham Showroom for a personal shop, and I cant rate her enough. The product knowledge and recommendations, where amazing but with no pressure to buy. As a first time mum it did highly areas and accessories I have not thought of. I would definitely recommend this service.

We visited mama and papas in Brent Cross today, we initially wanted to look at the prams because of the summer sale that was on. Yasmin was one of the kindest and most knowledgeable people we have met since trying to figure out all things baby! We ended up finding our dream pram and car seat bundle, as well as finding nursery furniture, rockers, bottles and more. I cannot thank Yasmin enough for being so patient and sweet -she knew so much and made me feel so relaxed with all the decisions we made. If ever we need anything else I’ll be making sure to come back and find Yasmin, what an angel!

It is very nice and customer friendly showroom. Tracy was extremely helpful. Overall a very pleasurable experience. Like the quality of all the products here.

Yesterday we had an amazing experience at the Dundrum branch with Katie. It was our first big purchase for the baby so we were really excited. Katie helped us from end to end, she was super polite and she was SUPER patient with us. They price match everything we found cheaper in other places and they took the time to show and explain us a lot of things. I would recommend this service to every new parent.

Natasha in Swindon

My partner and I booked in an hour personal shopping appointment in the Swindon store. We were greeted by Natasha who was extremely friendly. She listened to what we were looking for and showed us a range of products which suited our needs. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered the hundreds of questions we had. As this is our first child I asked some probably obviously questions but Natasha reassured us and never made us feel stupid. We came away with a travel system that’s perfect for us which we wouldn’t have been able to do without the help of Natasha. Can’t recommend enough.

Exceptional service from the staff at the store in Cardiff leckwith. Nothing was too much trouble and everything explained. I bought a full range of nursery furniture and the new chicco 4 way chair. The store was immaculate and everything displayed outstandingly. I can’t wait to go back to shop more

Visited Gateshead store and was helped by Joanne when buying my Ocarro pram. She was fab. Knew her stuff, very friendly and down to earth and trusted her opinion on choosing car seats! Thanks so much and we will back soon!
